The
Land Sales module allows organizations to track land sales
data and effectively communicate that information throughout
their organization. With this module, the user is able to
create a land sales event that has spatial relationships with
underlying sales. The spatial intersection creates links that
assist in deriving stand level data and converting that data
into sale information. Additionally, information on book costs,
improvements, proceeds, gains, and buyer information can be
entered and retrieved.
The Land
Sales module can be extended to support higher and better
use (HBU) processes. Tax parcel layers, linked documents (deeds,
titles, pdf files), and comparable sales information can be
stored in a centralized location so that others in the organization
can use the information to make informed decisions.
Through
the Land Sales module, tabular data can be brought to life
through spatial relationships. Sales can be easily identifie,
comparable sales can be found, and maps can be easily generated.
