webFRIS supports the import and export of spatial and tabular data in the desired projection. There are primarily three mechanisms for importing and exporting data: Import/Export Shapefile, Query & Reports, and the Batch Processing tool.

The Import/Export Shapefile feature allows users to upload or download GIS features in shapefile format. Users may select the desired features, specify the desired projection, and proceed with the request.

The Query & Reports module provides users the ability to construct queries and produce reports that can be exported into commonly used formats.

The Batch Process module allows users to upload silvicultural and stand level inventory data from third party solutions into the webFRIS application.
