webFRIS aids in the budgeting process through encouragement of cost and revenue tracking. Expenses and revenues can be assigned to each feature in the GIS and eventually reported through the Query & Reports module.

Comprehensive costs and revenue tables permit the user to enter detailed information for each event. This information can then be used to construct queries and produce reports that compare budget versus actual expenditures and revenues for a defined time period.
