Core Technical Expertise GIS Services for GASB 34 Compliance In June 1999, the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) unanimously approved Statement No. 34 requiring state and local governments to report the value of their infrastructure assets, including roads, bridges, water and sewer systems, drainage structures, and lighting systems.
