of customer service, Sewall has significant experience in geospatial
data acquisition, landbase development, data conversion, systems
implementation, data analysis, software development, and data maintenance.
To meet the needs of our clients, we have completed projects throughout
the contiguous United States and in Canada, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin
Islands, Ireland, Argentina, Belize, and Australia. The following

Data Conversion
Jackson County, Mississippi
Conversion of over 90,000 parcels in 731-square-mile area to ArcInfo
utilizing existing orthophotography as a landbase.

Conversion of approximately 240,000 parcels to ArcInfo format,

Survey for Bridge Modernization

Three-dimensional inspection survey of the Waldo-Hancock Bridge,
Verona and Prospect, Maine, utilizing GPS control and digital close-range
photogrammetry.
Landbase
Mapping and Orthophotography
Town of Northborough, Massachusetts
Acquisition of color aerial photography and survey control and production
of orthophotography for municipal GIS. Deed research and compilation
of property lines on the planimetric landbase.
Terrain Modeling and Dredging Analysis with ArcGIS
Army Corps of Engineers, Cape Cod Canal, Massachusetts
Migration of landbase data, digital orthophotography, and infrastructure
mapping from ESRI ArcView to ArcGIS Desktop and geodatabase, plus
custom development of dredging and volumetric analysis software
tools.
Aerial Photography for DOT Highway Projects
New York Department of Transportation, Albany, New York
Annual aerial photography and airborne GPS missions to acquire both
color and black-and-white photography of various highway projects
throughout the State of New York.
Color Infrared
Photography for Environmental Management
Rockland County, New York
Acquisition of color infrared aerial photography to identify mosquito-breeding
areas in conjunction with a study of the West Nile virus in Rockland
County.
Enhanced 911 Data Collection
Maine Office of GIS, Augusta, Maine
GPS collection of road centerline data and point data for structures
and driveways, data post-processing, and editing to implement Enhanced
911 systems in 158 towns throughout the State of Maine.
